Help Me Choose An AMP!

Hello everyone!
Recently, my amp died on me (no bass at all, still plays highs) and I need a new amp now.
I have 2 12' kicker subs c12s, I think.
I have $150 to spend on an amp and wanted to try my luck with Lanzar amps (I know they aren't the best).
I narrowed down to these two:

and don't know which one is better or if there even a difference between them.

Is there a better offer for 150 dollars?

This is the one I have in my car running my 12" sub... http://cgi.ebay.com/SOUNDSTORM-1200-...item588bb9e4d4 . Does the job nicely in my car, gives me nice boom from my single sub, is 2ohms stable, and is cheaper than the ones you are looking at, plus you can get two for $150. Should easily run your subs.

The thing is that I can only order from Amazon.
You did give me an idea.. I will look into maybe buying 2 monoblock amps to power each sub

Get more BOOM that way, plus what are the chances of blowing both amps at the same time....you'll always have music and can run both subs off of one in an emergency...lol!!!

I'm running mine at 4ohms, and my amp barely gets warm to the touch in the summer(good ventilation is the key), and no power draw when I turn it up.
