ok ya ill need RCAs but how will i connect that to the motherboard one amp is my subwoofer and the other is for my speakers so im sure they need to be coinnected separatley to control them.... also is there like a program that u could install to control treble and bass and such?

no, you can't. it won't fit..
but if you want to connect to standard car audio amps, then yes, you can, you just need some 3.5mm-to-rca adapters.
If you're talking about this bundle, you can't. Not without additional hardware, anyway.
The EASIEST (and, IMO, the best) way to do it is going to be to get an external crossover, run a 3.5mm -> RCA adapter from the green output of the motherboard and dial in the crossover points manually. Depending on the crossover, you could run a single source and provide different crossover points for front tweets, front and rear mids, front and rear mid bass, and sub bass, all from the single input.
After that, it gets a bit more complicated... you can get a USB Sound Card that supports 2.1 (or 5.1, but it makes things a bit more complicated) and hope it dials in the crossover point for you. Or go that route with any variety of 3rd-party software EQ.
Or perhaps go the absolute most difficult route and install a version linux and hope someone's already done the driver-hacking for your mobo, and if they haven't, learn all the hardware and software programming required.
