    What wire to splice into for factory amp??

    Hey I have a 04 vw jetta 1.8t and I'm trying to find out what wires to splice into the factory amp. I have my new system already and the line out converter I just need a little help finding the wires to splice into. So if someone knows can you please help me. Thanks.

    You ought to try a VW or Jetta-specific website.
    You might also try http://www.the12volt.com but there's no guarantee they will have the information.
    Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

    some vw's require a very special power injector setup to get the amp to turn on-- i have seen the thread somewhere here. try searching for it.
