Hi, I'm working on building a CarPC for my '03 G35. I have the Bose system so I know there is an amp on the underside of the trunk. I assume that all audio form the headunit is sent to the amp and then to the speakers. So, for the CarPC I could potentially wire the audio directly to the amp, since the CarPC will be the trunk. Here is a summary of my questions:
- Can you confirm or deny that all speaker wiring runs through the amp in the trunk?
- Given that is the case, how would I split the audio output from the CarPC into the proper channels? The onboard audio is "HD audio" and has an optical S/PDIF output as well as a standard 1/8" output.
- Is there anything else I need to know?
Thanks!

Thank you for the harness information, I'll take a look. You did, however, neglect to answer the following question ():
- How would I split the audio output from the CarPC into the proper channels? The onboard audio is "HD audio" and has an optical S/PDIF output as well as a standard 1/8" output.
Thanks for your time!
