    Sony XA-300 w/ Sony CDX-CA400

    Hi,

    i was wondering if these two paired together would work...i currently (sadly) own the hu, and was wondering if this XA-300 is compatible with my deck...here are the two links for them...thanks for the help....

    im trying to stay away from buying a new one as i am a broke 18 year old with a new car....thanks for the help

    Yes.. it is compatible.. as long as you can connect a CD Changer, you can connect the XA-300. Keep in mind that the XA-300 is like $40 on eBay brand new.. so you would get ripped off at that site.

    I believe the XA-300 is for Unilink compatible receivers. I have an older Sony deck that is not Unilink and I cannot connect the XA-300. A round din plug and RCA's for audio are needed. I only have RCA's

    I just got my ipod connected to my cd deck (Sony CDX-CA400) and i cannot figure out how to change the deck to auxilliary from cd, or radio. Does anybody know how?
