Ok, spent 1 1/2 hours on it, can't get it. I've tried different drivers, incl. realtek drivers and Avance ALC drivers. They are all basically the same thing. But anyway, the closest I've got is with the Avance drivers, but I can't get any sound to produce from my computer once these drivers were loaded. Sorry I couldn't help you more. I tested this using my EPIA 800 board, which I think are the same codec wise.
Thanks for trying that out. I would have assumed someone would has said something about this before, since so many audiophiles on this forum must be using this ITX board.
I guess no one uses onboard sound...
Check out the Graphic EQ in WMP9 it's pretty good, and with the SRS sound you can really rock out..

To the best of my knowledge, No.Originally Posted by archimense
I have the same board and tried several methods, including hacking the kernel audio module (when I had linux installed) and from what I discovered/concluded the onboard sound card does not support advanced features such as this.
Hopefully some one will prove me wrong or a better driver will be written, but alas I forked over some cash and got an Audigy.
Solution: Plug into amp, use amp controls![]()
