The performance will not suffer to a point that you could every hear it. You could only measure it at best.

This car has a limited amount of space, and a lot of other items being installed in it, so space is at a premium. The PG amp that he listed will do the job just fine for this application.

Can this co-operate with an audigy's optical output??? Is it toshlink compatible??

I'm in canada so I can'T really help for a dealer.

And for sure it should fit with the digital output from your audigy. A digital out is a digital out... I even think some member here has the Alpine module, maybe with a search you could find.
