Via M mobo with FM Modulator Sound Quality

I have the Via M 10000 mobo and my OEM radio does not have an AUX input adapter available. Does anyone know what kind of sound quality I can expect from the onboard soundcard through an inline FM modulator. I tried to

for it but I could not find anything. The other option is to use a tape adapter and live with the wire on my dash. Also, I have heard that sometimes a line driver can improve the sound quality, do you think that would be necessary. Thanks in advance.

From my own experiences I don't think a tape adaptor does much above and beyond that of a FM modulator. A bunch of different companies make aux input adaptors for stock head units without them already. i.e. blitzsafe, PAC Audio

I searched the internet very well for an aux input adapter for a 2000 mustang but nobody makes one.
I guess the main difference between the tape adapter and the fm modulator is that most fm modulators want a line level signal from what I have found from looking around and I was wondering if the signal the on-board sound card put out was strong enough or if I was probably going to need line drivers. So I have 3 questions.
1) Is anyone getting good sound through an FM modulator from a via mobo and if so what brand fm modulator?
2) If an FM modulator is going to be necessary is there any good and cheap ones without eqs and such things that simply boost the signal?
3) Is there an aux input adapter made for a 2000 ford mustang (with mach 460 system)? (I know pie, blitz and soundgate do not make one)

I have been able to get decent sound quality from a fm modulator, but the problem is that you can never turn the radio up very loud and being I live in the city it's very hard to find a channel that doesnt bleed over from another radio station, also when you travel there is always a chance that you will pick up a station on the same freq you are using, which sounds very strange

I had that problem a couple times. The one I actually used came with a CD changer and someone didnt want it anymore I found they worked about the best for me. I dont know about the last question.

Setup :
Morex Cubid
Epia M10000
512 Mb/DDR
40 Gb/HD 2,5 "
DVD Slim

Car radio : Pioneer DEH-P3600MP

In the beginning I had a lot of problems whit noise.... !!
Remember to :
Connect all - (minus) to same spot. ( Modulator & Radio)
Disable the mic. on the motherboard.
Take care of all the cabels... Dont mix power and audio

But my pc generates some noise, and from where and what I still don't know.

It is possible to buy an AUX-IN solution for car radio, but wery expensive !!
And maybe not the right solution.

Your radio has an IPBus connector. It cost me under $5 to make an aux-in
adapter for mine.
