I have a 1996 Two Door Chevy Blazer. I want to start striping the inside for peel and seal, but I have no way to know how or where to begin removing the panels, does anone have an idea or does anyone have a simular car???

I used to have a Chevy, you just start prying. 99% of the panels are held together with plastic clips. Even if you are very careful you are bound to break a few of them. Good luck.

...and once you break few, take one of them and run to Autozone or Pepboys, they have them. You should be ok.
