Suggestions for cheap radio/tape player with aux in?

Since I blew my stock unit up trying to test a custom cable that was supposed to give me an aux-in, I need to get myself a new one.

I'm looking for something cheap and with an existing aux in... Doesn't need cd since I'll be using car pc (when built) for stuff off of cds. Preferably a model that is a drop-in replacement so I don't have to rewire since I'm now somewhat averse to that...

I have a 2000 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport

My old stock unit was a Clarion - possibly model number C116 (there's a different model number on the bottom so that may be wrong).

Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

Woohoo! It was just the radio fuse. I have it working again after replacing it.

Damn, no it isn't. Connected the antenna back up and was still getting just noise and the volume control had no effect. Then after being on about 30 seconds, it blew the fuse again. Guess I did fry something, but I can't see what.

i got a blaupunkt sydney rcm 128 cassette haed unit off ebay for £30.
aux in is enabled through the menu's and i just had to solder on 3 connections onto the terminals on the back of the unit. think you can do this for a few blaupunkt units
it works great and its a pretty decent unit as well
