I think you should buy a crossover
Oh look, I have one for sale, what a coincidence

I am in the audio phase of my planning and would like some clarification if someone could lend a hand. I have a 02 Dodge stratus with the infinity 7 speaker stereo in it.
Center speaker 3"
Doors have a 1" tweet and a 6 1/2" each
and the rear are 6x9's
The stock radio comes with a infinity amp under the seat that takes the basic 4 channel in from any basic HU and changed i assume with crossovers and such to 7 different sets of wires. Not to be confused with 7 channels. still only has four channels. I think the amp blocks the bass to the 3" speaker as well as the tweeters.
Now my question is:
1. I am giong to use a 200 microfared cap to the tweeters, is that okay?
2. What should I use for the the 3" center.
3. Should I use a cap on the 6 1/2" door speakers? if so what size?
4. Or should I design a circuit that uses filters like a lowpass or highpass filter?
Just to clarify, I am not asking how I should devide chanels, just what caps would be best. Sorry for the long post.
