I ordered mine from there on Monday. How about we let each other know when ours arrives ..... just curious. Not sure how far your's has to travel though. I think mine might be a little longer in coming since I ordered a few sets of MB Quart (216's)component speakers - front and rear, MB Quart 108's - center, and 2 JL 10" subs from them also.

Sure, ordered mine as late as yesterday night actually but I didn´t order anything else. Mine will go from the US to sweden so I guess it will be some time on the road before I get it

Their customer support sucks, they didn't send me my amp for a month untill I called them and started complaining. Then they called me back said that they only have a refurbished one and thats its like 10 cheaper, I said ok...

when I got it after another month, it didn't come with the remote...

YOU DO NEED THE REMOTE AND THE RECIEVER FOR IT!

The manual that came with it was printed out on $hity a$$ printer and you can barely see anything.

after calling them every week for another month they finally told me that that they not going to send me the remote for it because its a refurbished product.

I'm really ****ed and will report them to the BBB and other authorities.

Id didn get any response from them when I aked how to make an international order. Millionbuy.com atleast had an international orderform so I choosed them, although I haven´t recieved any answer when I asked if they included the remote and manual...

When I followed their sites prompts to purchase the amp (and speakers) I got to the part where it required my credit card number. I completed that and subsequently recieved an email notifying me of my purchase. When I clicked on the enclosed link in the email, the order placed was annotated as being cancelled. This promped another phone call to millionbuy.com which BTW only allows the use of their toll free number for US residents only, thereby adding a 3rd long distance call to them. They (Mike) were very helpfull and they sent a return email including an International PayPal addy. I used that addy and later that day saw the order link changed from cancelled to completed. I'm assuming that all is well at this point and if I recieve no parcel tracking information by Monday, I believe I'l have to make yet another long distance call.
They (millionbuy.com) seem to be a very busy operation but they did take the time to listen to me, answer all of my questions and assist when necessary - kuddos!! I didn't however inquire about specifics as to the unit being used or new, whether it came with the obligatory remote, manual and applicable paperwork or not. An assumption that all would be on the up and up and that there wouldn't be a case of missinformation here. I would think that they would honour with integrity the order placed since the total order came to well over $1,000.00 cdn.
Perhaps bimmer, before waiting to see who gets their amp first, maybe we could let each other know when we recieve any parcel tracking information. At least at that point we'll know that it has left the warehouse and is somewhere enroute. Just a thought and thanks for the info that the other member experienced with csexpo. Perhaps one place I should steer clear of for future purchases. cheers,

"debugger" and "Cruelkix", I'm in a similarsituation as you guys. Just recieved my ICBM 5.1 from millionbuy.com. It looks to be in great shape and doesn't appear to be used or refurbished....... key word here is "appears". I too, did not get the IR remote control or the IR reciever. Add to this that the instructions/owners manual package is an obvious photocopy. I look at both of these together and start to wonder. I sent this obversation to millionbuy.com just a few minutes ago and I'm hoping for a prompt reply. Judging from the last post in this thread (10 days) ago, nothing new has been resolved wrt to replacement remote controls or owners manuals for you guys?
"bimmerpc" if you haven't already received your unit, it may be worthwhile to be proactive on this and place your own query to the vender - confirming in fact that the unit is new, that it has the original owners manual and paperwork and does come with it's prescribed remote control and reciever. Did everyone here order from the same place as me?
It would be nice to see updates from you guys. If not to help future potential buyers from these venders.
