yeah i saw dynamat but that was the only brand i knew of so i fiogured i would ask here
Go to www.mcmaster.com, item# 9709T19 is the same thing as Dynamat and a fraction of the price. You want the Polymeric Mastic.
no kidding the price at mcmasters is good and i have ordered maching parts formt hem so i know they are good so i guess i will order from them is there any diffence in the stanless and the others
You don't want the stainless, you want the polymetric mastic under "Adhesive-Back Damping Sheets" It is dynamat without the logo on it.
ok thanks i just have to measure everything ans see what it is gonna run me
i used 100 sq ft of b quiet. and it works pretty good. from what i heard its better then dynamat
1990 Jeep Cherokee
2000 VW Golf TDI 4dr
2005 VW GTI MKIV - SOLD
jsut for completeness there is spray on suff but i have heard it is not very good and can fall apart - in case you see it and are tempted!
i saw the spray stuff but i am guessing the mat works better the other question i have is how do you seal the seams between sections
