No. You'd need a headunit with SPDIF input.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

I tried to find a HU with spdif in, but had no luck, are they out there? What about a small stand alone converter that takes the digital signal and converts it to analog?

Or why dont you just use the rca(headphone) jack on the mobo? Or does it not have?

I'm certain that someone would rather use the digital audio out for sound quality.
There are a couple people here that have done just that and outputted SPDIF to either a head unit or another digital processing unit.
I'd think that for sound quality, especially if you're going to do 5.1 surround in the car, as well as cable management, SPDIF would be the way to go. The trick is getting all the quipment you need to pull it off.

digital should provide a cleaner signal (less interference). The digital to analog conversion would be happening closer to the speakers which should provide higher sound quality, in theory.

i have been looking into this option as well. I have found this to be the best hu you can get with a digital in. if you notice it actually has add-on nav on that small screen. i am sure we someone can find a way to ge the nav to work on the auto-pc.
