How do u get the sound to come out of head unit?

This may have been answered before sorry if soo..im new..i would jsut liek to know how to u actually get the sound from the computer to come out from the head unit...well i mean through the head unit! Is there any other way besides a FM transmitter or Tape Adapter?

yeah get a head unit that takes aux in. Like most need branded car stereo do. Some might need an adaptor, some might not
