    Powering Sequence

Correct me if I'm wrong..(I probably am) so I don't get amp popping I want the amp to turn on after the computer right?? so would it do the job to wire the rem to a molex.

Also when do I want the amp to power off?? I'm guessing after the computer is off,,(just to make things a little more difficult) so would it work to put an inline switch on the rem to accomplish this??

And the only solution that I've found with is to get a delay...which I don't really want to do.

i'm also curious about this, i think you got the right order for startup but you want the amp off before the comp on the shutdown, not completely sure though

be handy if it could be taken off molex??

Maybe use the molex 12v with a relay and inline with a capacitor. So when the computer is off power will still go in the amp remote from the cap.
