Anyone try the Kenwood KSC-SW1 sub?

I'm looking at an under seat sub solution, thought this might work, wanted to hear any opinions on this. I'm just looking for a bit more bass and I don't want to sacrafice any room in the rest of the car, its under the seat only.

I'm not totally sure if this will fit under my seat, but I was thinking about re-packaging it. I could change the overall shape from 15 3/4" x 9" to something like 14" x 10 1/8".

The other option would be the Clarion SRV303, which I think would fit.

    Kenwood Sub

Hi, it is probably a little late, but I have just purchased the above for my mx5. I will let you know how it works as I am attempting to put it in at the weekend.

repacking is a bad idea. The honda element has much the same setup and its decent, really decent for a factory sub.

If you want to build your own, look into a solobaric 8" from kicker. Possible a 10.
