my recent car-pc uses Audiotrak Maya MKII Gold PCI for the soundcard. it can change 2 channel to 6 channel . does this creative live external can do the same thing ?
how about engine noise ?

I was wondering why you are changing from a Maya to a Creative... Can you tell me about the sound quality and the drivers from the Maya? I would like to know if it is possible to use 2.0 speakers, 2.1, 4.1, and 5.1....
Have you used the Maya USB, more specifically the Maya EX?
