    Looking for equalizers

Ok guys. I need an equalizer with specific features. I'm using a computer in my car, and the head unit has been eliminated and the dash spot is now occupied by a DVD drive with a IDE to USB adaptor. Anyway, I ran RCA patch cords from the sound card up to my dash where I want to put an equalizer, and then I'll run patch cords back to my amps. I want to be able to control the volume and sound without having to devote my attention to a computer. I need an equalizer that has a master volume control, and subwoofer controls. Fader and crossover controls I could live without, but would be nice. I've only been able to come up with 2 eq's that can accomodate these needs, Clarion's EQS744, and a cheap one from a company called American Pro with their v.s.1471 (ok I tried it, and the right channels went out after 2 weeks). I just wondered if any of you knew of any more eq's that have that master volume knob and subwoofer control.

also check out audiocontrol in dash units. they make a three.1 and a four.1 unit that I think would be perfect for you.

Linear Power used to sell a PA-2 eq/line amp. I used mine once to hook up a regular portable cd player to my system and everyone swore I had a top of the line headunit. I don't know if they still have them but worth a try.

Thanks guys, I think I'm just going to go with the Clarion EQS744. I wish more of these companies would put master volume controls on their equalizers, especially with people putting computers in their cars. It just allows for more possibilities. If anyone can come up with any more I'd still like to know for future reference.
