Huuuge favour needed from members from USA

    Hi everyone!

I have a UK BMW E46. I'm looking to get a Peripheral Electronics SVEN4 so that I can remove the stock HU. Two Qs:
    1. Will I need a wiring harness (Scosche etc) to connect to the SVEN4?
    2. Will I also need the antenna cable convertor if I want to be able to plug it into a radio card?

I've had no luck getting a store to supply or even post from the USA, a Peripheral Electronics SVEN4 and BMW wiring harness (is Scosche wiring harness the best?) and the antenna convertor (do I need this?). I need someone in the US to buy these items for me and psot them to me in the UK.

This is the list from www.cardomain.com that I think I need:
    - Peripheral Super VEN 4 OEM Interface Adapter 4-Channel Aftermarket Amplifier / Receiver to Factory Premium / JBL / Mach / Bose System • Universal Signal Adapter Part #: PERSVEN4 $32.95
    - Scosche BW01 Car Stereo Wiring Harness 1990-UP BMW Part #: SCOBW01B $7.95
    - Scosche VWA Antenna Adapter 1980-UP VW / BMW / Ford Focus / Mercury Cougar Part #: SCOVWAB $5.95
    ---------------------
    Subtotal $46.85

    Does this sound right?

I will pay for the goods, delivery, re-delivery to the UK, P+P and of course extra for the trouble. Is there anyone who would do me such a favour? I can pay via PayPal.

Thank you very much all! I much appreciate the help in advance!

    Cheers!

I have an e46, but I'm not using the factory amp so I didn't have to get the SVEN4. However, I've come across countless threads on http://forum.e46fanatics.com that discuss this. Go into the Mobile Electronics Forum and search for either carputer or SVEN4 and I think you will find what you need...if not, the sticky at the top of that forum describes a step-by-step detailed install of an aftermarket amp using the stock headunit. This is slightly different than what you are attempting, but he uses the SVEN4 peripheral I believe....this could also give you some ideas. Good luck...

That's the wrong antenna adapter for your car. 2002+ models use a different antenna connector. You need this one http://www.scosche.com/scosche_carau...2&ItemID=VWA3B
