Thread: A work in Progress

Ok so here is the work in progress. The car has been ripped apart for the past 3 days. Carputer still hasn't been installed, but most all the audio has been. These are the before and after pics so far.



I just put in a better ground, that's all nothing special.



This was my old set up.



This is the new. I got the 2ohm voice coils running in series. I then have the speakers in parallel to the amp. All and all I have a 2 ohm load on the amp. <<<<correct me if i am wrong please


It just runs the front and rear speakers. I hope it's enough.

This is the "new" one. I redid the soundmat, with a heat gun this time. Looks much better I think. Plus I shot Great Stuff expanding foam all over the inside. When I tap it all I get is a thunk no vibration.
