    Unhappy sony xplod memory problem

    ello, ive searched the forum but cant find a solution to my problem.
    I got a sony xlpod cd player and when the power is disconnected for about 5mins i lose all the memory settings , i was wondering if there is a way to solve this. Thxx

    Get a new radio.

    If I diconnect my battery I have to wait about a month till my ecu reprograms itself ( adaptive). Small price to pay for not being zapped and blown some **** up.

    get a new radio lol. probz will do. I got an other head unit and that ones ok. Its probably just something wrong with these sony ones

    Swap over the red and yellow power connectors

    wat u mean? because theres just like 2 plug things which go straight into the car ones where the old standard system was. Theres no red and yellow power connectors

    u know wah, i found the red & yellow connectors, swapped them and it worked thanx DaVC ur a genious lol
