Sorry for the (Very) slow update i have a 1000watt amp spec -

    Splx MF1000
    Product Description
4 channel 1000 watt amplifier, brigdeable into 2 channels
    Bridgeable Yes
    Low input Yes
    High pass filter Yes
    Low pass filter Yes
    Gain control Yes
    Screw type terminals Yes
    Speaker Level Input Yes
    Low Impedance Load Capability Yes
Max Power Output 1000Watts - running 2 12" jbl gto subs

and a 350watt 4channel splx amp running four jbl 6X9's, i have a 1000watt power cable from battery to 1.0 farrad splx power cap and the it goes to a distribution block and into the two amps, Is there any chance that i could have set the cap up wrong or would it be better for me to run the 1000watt amp off the 1000watt wire via the power cap and trail a seperate power cable from battery to 350watt amp running 6X9's?

Are you sure you need all those 6x9"s? Parcel shelf is quite small in Peugeot206. Although I see you have a custom built one. Speakers are very close to the edge of it whitch eliminates bass that comes from them. Where do they get power anyway? Head-unit?

6X9s are for bass, if you don't have subs

so, now that you have subs, you can throw those $hitty 6X9s in the bin
