come to the socal car meet on saturday, the 8th!
SoCal Meet - Sat 4/8/06 @ 2 PM at UCI
im sure it would be worth your while, we fixed 12v's problem last time!
Hey ya'll -
I've posted several threads over the last 6 months about my continuing ground loop problem. Needless to say I have tried everything I've ever read or had recommended to me and I still have engine noise - whining or buzzing in my system.
I have posted diagrams before, but I have since taken out the inverter and put in an M2-ATX. I will post an updated diagram tomorrow, but just in case someone comes on here tonight - I need help!!
If there is anyone in the OC that is a guru with these things, I could really use you taking a look! Please, anyone? This will be a great puzzle to solve - I promise!
Diagram to follow, please respond with availability![]()

Photobucket is being updated, if a picture i posted no longer works, please PM me.
I'm in O.C. (Anaheim Hills) and i'll be at the meet, but i am not a guru at this by any means. I actually had a similar problem originally with my setup and i was unable to get rid of it....what did get rid of it was switching amps (strangely enough). Since then, i've ditched the sound card and gone the digital route.

Well, since I've been through everything, it seems, I will actually have spare amps and most everything except a digital decoder (did try an ADD51T and it didn't help). Fortunately, it is all easily accessible in my trunk. See you there!Originally Posted by 3onDubs
For sure...if the digital route didn't help, it might be something else (not a ground issue), but im not sure. I'll definitely take a look at the meet though.
