One of my fav vids, camera really picks up flex, notice his windows are down and yes wipers come on when they want.

Not an all out spl vehicle, more of a bass race vehicle like mine

most of them have dual subs up, and port back....works lil differently when you do just one big sub up and port back......so far the best combination ive found is with sub and port back.....ive got my own termlab so ive done numerous testing.

ive been a termpro member for years now though, thanks......right now im national points leader in Street 3 in MECA doing a 152.7 on one 18...so im not complaining at all.

    again, you are wrong, sorry.

we have rebuilt my car for just about every major show. It may look the same, but there have been major changes underway, and that's not just me.

I am speaking from experience. I competed in SPL for 6 years, went to work finals with it. I have so far competed in SQ for 2 years, and been to world finals and won world finals in it.

I know from experience that what you are saying about winning SQ then just going home is absolutely untrue. I also know that of the 5-6 or so other team members I am in frequent contact with, they rebuild on a regular basis. Hell, they are currently rebuilding. While a SPL vehicle might be torn appart once a month, a SQ vehicle is still underoging the install process. Have you ever spent any time around SQ at all? If you did you would realize that your comments are not true.

hey red, hope you don't mind the pictures, but I just wanted to show the truck I painted..... it's more of a show truck than anything else really, but the guy hammers the hell out of it.... I don't think even one of those lcd's works anymore from the vibrations...

this truck is leaving my shop now & heading to the funkmaster flex show in nj this weekend...., then it's supposedly going to get a photo shoot for some magazine... don't remember which....

I talked to him about what we discussed.... he knows that he won't be top dog in spl, but as he say's it's a little bit of everything.... his front stage is really strong & it even fairs well at sq believe it or not..... I have no idea where a vehicle like this even fits in class wise....

Edited my original post, may have been gritty. I apologized for implying that spl MIGHT be more "install dependant" that sq, my basis began from the fact that my install includes dozens of speakers 10+ amps multiple battery banks, 100's of feet of wire, 20 - 30 sheets of birch, welding, fiberglass, concrete etc. You chose to correct me by insisting they were equally dependant and I chose to agree (in silence).

Then simply asked you (or anyone) a question about winning in sq - never implied anything about sq (or "going home after winning" as you stated) because I do not know. I appreciate the info above, but do not appreciate being accused of being wrong about something I never said.

I love that paint , me next . His install is very impressive looking, but It looks like his box is above the window line, gonna put him in big class (high 160's) in dbdrag, but they might let him run in no wall class at a smaller single points event. Might wanna check the other orgs out, ask snoopdan about meca, I think he might do better there? Anyway, very nice truck!

    this comment.

you implied that once you win in SQ you're done.

while if you win in SPL you're not done.

if you didn't mean to imply that, might consider rewording it, because to say one thing and follow it up with another like you have done, implies a lot.

I don't like sq any less, but I kinda apreciate all out spl too...
This is exactly how I felt. I used to have two big 12's, now since all that got stolen, I started to do some research... and SQ sounds *no pun intended* more appealing to me simply for the fact, its not so much who's system is best, as its who has tuned their system right accoring to sound experts, so its like a critque, rather than a judgement.
