(Note: New Zealand dollars are worth approx half a US dollar)
I had my fingers crossed for Audiotec-Fischer Helix Precision B4s, but turns out I won't be able to get them anywhere near as soon as I want them.
My main problem lies in already having an amp rack designed to fit 240mm wide by 300mm long amps. I have a bit of room to play with, but it's a tight fit.
I was looking at:
Audiotec Fischer Precision B4 (ideal size at 300 by 240, especially since that's what the amp rack was built for, and about $650 each, just unavailable)
The amps I'm looking at at the moment are:
Rainbow Audiokraftwerk KW-4150 (nearly 400mm long and 273mm wide, and $350 more than I was planning on spending each)
U.S. Amps AX-5600 (Class A/B) or AX-3000DE (Tube) (size is unknown, option of Tube amps, about $300 more than I intended to spend each)
Focal FP 4.75 (good size at 350 by 280, unknown price)
I'm more than open to sugestions. Looking for 2 4-channel amps, each between $500-$1000. Excelent quality (build, sound and support), 4x70-100 at 4Ohm, bridged to about 2x250.
Any advice?
