Power Door locks some work some not!

Well we had BestBuy do a complete install in my wifes 99 Grand Caravan.
Replaced with JBL 5.25" in the dash 6.5" in the doors then the 6X9 in the rear.
Added a pair Rockfords for power.
    A few 7" mid subs and a single 12".

After we went to pict it up last night the power doors do not all work.

He removed the panel and checked the connection( last man out of the install bay) everything Ok.

But the drivers door, drivers passenger door nor the rear hatch lock.

I am heading back this AM but any ideas before I get there?
