Read the sticky at the top of the forum. It's engine noise.
ground loop isolator would do you good, perhaps re-ground the hu. you can get the ground loop isolator at any stereo place for sure; wal-mart carries them for like 15 bucks(ish)

Read it, live it, do it.
Then get back with us.
