EACH sub is at 1 Ohm? I don't know if you'll find many, if any, 2 channel amps that'll run in 2x1Ohm mode, most will bridge down to 1 Ohm, or if a mono-block, will run in 1 Ohm.

I'm guessing they're dual voice coil at 2Ohm per coil? You may want to wire them together in series and parallel so you can get a 2 Ohm rating across both subs, then find a Monoblock amplifier that will run 2 Ohm at the wattage you want.

Your on the same wavelength as me right now. Doing more research, thats what i have come to find.

You need a mono amp that can handle a 2 ohm load by wiring your subs in series to one another.

You could also wire the subwoofer's coils in series to produce a 4 ohm load and then parallel the speakers to get a single 2 ohm load.
