additional batteries will do more than additional caps...for less money.

caps are pretty much useless unless we're talking about the multi farad caps

I was thinking 100 Farad , If I put one Sub on one amp would this meen I get 2ohms aswell

if each sub is a 2ohm DVC sub, you can wire one of the subs up with the voice coils on that sub in parallel to get a sub that's at 1 ohm.

Since each amp is capable of 1 ohm, you can wire it up as such.

What's wrong with that?

How can you get a 100Farad cap for less than a battery?

Series parallel of those subs will yield 2 ohm mono.

XXX Series: 12" Dual 2 Ohm standard is the sub. Shadow now you have confused me I want 1 ohm each sub each amp.

Well, this isn't 100 farads, but it is 40, which is aheck of a lot of capacitance. Not cheap, either, $330, but still a lot less expensive than caps used to be.

The necessity for a cap is something that could be debated, and I pretty much fall onto the side of not needing one, but hey, they look cool...
