    Getting ready to connect everything

I got all my fiberglass done in the trunk, so now I have to rerun all the new power cable etc. I just wanted to make sure everything I'm doing is correct.

    1) All the gauges in the diagram are for the power and ground. I didn't show where each thing is grounded too, but I have a good place in the trunk where each ground point will be.

    2) For the ignition for my carputer I ran a wire from the cig adapter to the trunk and it powered on the computer fine and also the speaker amp when I had it. It did have the thump when the amp powered on, but I have yet to utilize the anti thump from the M2-ATX. Should I run the anti-thump to just the speaker amp and the sub amp. Then a separate ignition wire for the Audiocontrol, XM Direct and Extra Comp fans?

I appreciate all the help and hope my questions made sense. Thank you.

I see overkill in your future.

You don't need 10AWG wire for 500W of power. You don't need 10AWG for your signal processor or your XM direct.

Why don't you run a single #12 wire from an accessory wire at the dash and then use a single relay to run 16AWG wire to those two pieces? It'd be much cleaner and it'll save a lot of money.

Oh, if that ovular shape is a cap, you're probably better off without it. Other than those issues, that looks good.

I'd say 14 or 16 would be fine to the sub. You're really not pushing much power through it at all.

I'm not sure if 16 fits in that stupid little black thing audiocontrol puts on all of their stuff. If it does, go with 16, if not, go with 18.
