Cool full STEG/AS install on it's way!!!

yeah, I FINALLY decided on what to roll with And it's gonna be a fully active STEG/Audio-System install! Here's the list of components I'll be buying next week.

    STEG QM120.2 (amp for sub)
STEG QM 75.4 (amp for compo fully active with tweets on front-channel and kicks back)
AS HS25SQ, or HS25VOL if i can find the little more money (tweets)
    AS EX165SQ (kicks/mids)
    AS HX12SQ (sub)

and maybe, when i have just enough money left over, i will run some EX130SQ's too, so the 165 will only be used as a kick and the 130will take over the midrange.

    well, guess that's about it

@red: no K's, but fairly good enough for me (although if i could wait a little longer I maybe would have gone with the K's too).

that's a total of €1080 ('bout US$1400), not to mention I'm gonna try to make a deal, to get some off of the price. that makes (to you americans) an install of about $3000 (import, taxes and stuff) I guess.

edit: the HX subs are just a new product, being retailed since last week, so pretty exclusive

gonna keep it pretty simple, because my car is at the end of it's life. so i'm just gonna install everything proprly, but i'm not putting any effort in putting it into a nice concept like you did. just dampen everything, fabricate some MDF doorboards, put in a false floor for the amps, and just throw in in the sub box. So' it's not gonna be something nice to look at. but that doesn't mean i wont put any effort in making it sound right!

good things don't always cost money , I'm guessing my install is peanuts next to yours... But still, Oh SO HAPPY (and I don't even have the components yet)

pffff, i'll have to drive to Holland for some VIBRAFLEX damping from MERFORD'S, or I could look into have it shipped... see what's the most inexpensive. In belgium, for as far as I know, next to DYNAMAT we can only get some sort of mats from caliber, and i realy don't trust that actualy.

edit: Ok, I'll drive to Holland!!! shipping, even to Belgium (what's next to Holland) costs about €60....
