what size fuzes are on the xpold?
my system = 2 infinity 1230w (350 rms), powered by 1200 xplod (600-700 rms), with 8 gauge wiring.
my 40 amp fuses have been frying like crazy lately, so i was wondering if i can just switch to 60 amp (if it even fits) or should i rewire to 4 gauge wire?
please respond
thanks
Brendan

2 40 amps, i should probably check if the fuses on it are blown, but i dont think they are.
so you what fuses have been blowing? the ones on the amp or the ones on the power wire near the battery? you'll need an 80 amp fuse on the line near the battery.

its the fuse near the battery, do you think i should just scratch the idea of rewiring to a lower gauge?
start by putting in an other fuse of about 80 or 90amps. if it still blows, then rewire everything. that way you won't spend a ****load of money on unnessesary rewiring
