    Logitech Z640 5.1

Hi, My Project, Teh Van, is on ultra low budget. Fortunatly for me, I am changing my Logitech Z640 speakers for another one soon, so i was thinking about using them on the van, as I know I will listen music watch movies in it. Is it a bad idea to put Computers Speakers in a van? The idea is more saving money, but will they draw much power then car-maded speakers? My 5.1 speakers is only 100w (by a website) and I am thinking buying a 800w inverter.

Just wanna know you guys opignons plz
    thnx

It's a horrible idea as far as sound quality goes.
Those speakers aren't designed to fill a space the size of an audio interior.

You're better off buying a $100 headunit that has AUX-in.

Why not? You wouldn't be the first to have more value in audio hardware than the value of the vehicle.
Realistcally, you can spend as little as a couple hundred on an audio setup and have decent sound. It's certainly not going to win any audio competitions or anything, but it will keep you rockin' on down the road.
