sell the amp get one that is 800-1200 wrm @ 4 or 1 ohm and buy two more of those subs

the elemental designs nine.1 comes to mind for an amp that can power for of those @ 1 ohm

that amp is pretty weak for powering 2 subs. My first suggestion, before you buy more subs is to get the amps with real power (i.e. the nine.1) and see how you like the sound when those woofers are seeing 300 wrms each.

set your gains correctly and get this amp:

it'll throw 450 wrms to those subs and should be fine...as long as the signal isn't distorted...

Would it be as easy as switching the wires around from the old to the new amp?

it depends on what gauge power and ground wire you have running to the amps.

That amp would be ok running two more subs. just make sure you have the subs wired for the correct impedance. (it's 1 ohm stable so you wont have any problem with four 4-ohm subs)

What is your goal for adding more subs? do you want it to be louder? are you subs in a sealed box right now? or are they in a ported box?
