3.5" to RCA Adapter vs Leads

Hey guys and girls...i just want everyones opinion on sound quality difference between using the little 3.5" to RCA adapters and the 3.5" to RCA lead which are in the MP3Car shop...just wanted to know what people experienced with either and if anyone has used both or heard both to compare them...

I have use one of those speaker cables to RCA converters. There's a knob for sensitivity tuning on these things. We've cranked it up pretty high to get it to acceptable input level onto the amps.

Well, the whole thing melted! My advise is not to use one of those...

    Cheers!
