Thread: two questions about audio!

Hi guy’s, I’m new tot he forum and tot he world of Vauxhall. I have a Vauxhall Astra Coupe (Bertone Edition) 1.8i 16v. It a lovely ride I must say.

I am an audio engineer in the sound industry and I love my sound and I’m have trouble working out how to take out my old speakers in the front to put in some components, do i have to take the inside door of if how can I do this cause as little damage as possible.

The other question is running cables from an amp and sub in the boot to my head unit and battery. Shall I run the under the carpet or in the plastic part under the doors, also getting the cable though he front into my engine for the battery. Hope all this makes sense please help me guys most appreciated.

To make things easier I have fitted an ipod ready Alpine head unit in which looks and sounds awesome.
