Alpine PDX-4.150 verses JL 450/4

Hi, I've been trying to decide on my next amp for my new car, and I think I've narrowed it down to these two. However I'm wondering which one is better...

My setup is going to be 2 sets of components, and a sub. So I'll be bridging the amps

The Alpin is smaller, and puts out 150 to all of the speakers, meaning I'd have 150 for my components, and 300 for my sub, but its class D, not AB, and one review said that the lower end was a little lacking, this would be fine if i was just running components, but I'm worried about the sub.

The JL is a little bigger, but it is a class AB amplifier, which from what I hear sounds the best. It only puts out 75 watts to the components, but still puts out 300 to the sub.

Basically I was wondering which would sound better, the JL with a little less power, and little bigger, but class AB. Or the Alpine, which is a little smaller, little more power, but class D...

both good brands.

ClassD amps are not as musical but are more efficient. Since they have problems as the frequency go up, most companies only reserve class D amps for subwoofer use only.

I prefer JL audio for what you are trying to do. Don't worry about the power, there is enough there for what you want it sounds like. Just an opinion.
