Ok, I'm new, I'll admit it. lol
First off I have a 2001 Gt Convertible Mustang with the Mach system in it.
What I want to do is put in an in-dash dvd and replace the stock amp with a 4 channel aftermarket one and then add another 2 channel for subs. I've talked to installers and what they have told me is that I would have to buy all new speakers for the inside of the car if I want to do what I want. Is this true? What are my options?

do you have to replace the speakers, prob. not... would you want to... probably
I had the Dvd Player put in today, can't afford the amps at the moment, but every time I change tracks or stations it pops, is this normal?
