Tweeter Help!

hey i was thinking about buying this for my car and was wondering if anyone had it and can tell me what they think of it?

also i don't no much about it so it someone can help me out.

i blew my tweeters in my car ...1999 grand Cherokee and was wondering if these would be good for it?

if not is anyone recommends anything?

do i have to hook it up to my amp?
whats the cross over that comes with it?

and without any *****in' info we won't get far either..... what amp do you have, what output, etc etc.....
