    DVD player installed...audio sounds weak?

Hey guys, i just installed a bravo view sd-20usb dvd player in my bmw. The car has the stock sound system and a US spec aux adaptor with rca outputs. The quality of sound coming out of the dvd player is not that great at all. It sounds almost distorted, or like the dvd player audio levels are set at a default that are turned up too high or not high enough. The dvd player doesnt have any equalizer or anything and the sound doesnt get any better when i change the equalizer on the headunit. Is there anything i can buy like a line booster or anythin to make it better quality?..the usa spec aux adaptor is fine....i use to have a carcomputer and it sounded great. Any ideas...let me know
    thanks
    Jason

in all seriousness, you may be better off on a dedicated forum...

But you could try a line driver if the computer was louder... but I honestly doubt that would help, cause unless you were using something like the H701, you were probably only having 1Vish from the soundcard to the stereo, I doubt this one has less then that... Are there any controls to turn up the auxillary volume individually? If you get an aftermarket stereo they have controls like this...

i never had a problem with road runner running slow, streetdeck is nice, but I personally didn't like the way you pick music in it...

you can make your own skins rather easiily that is a nice thing also

what are your specs for your carputer...my m10000 seemed like it was even slow for roadrunner....opening menus always took a second or two....kinda wanted it just to be a little smoother...what do you recommend....obviously the more i spend the faster..but i dont need sometihng too slow..but at the same time i dont want any pauses..for instances i go to a menu...and it has about a 1.5 or 2 second delay..songs switch fast but the menus are slow
