SOYO ASPDIF SY-AUDIO01 Board

came across a SOYO ASPDIF SY-AUDIO01 Board today and was wondering if i can/ how would i be able to use this with a carputer.. main question is: if this is installed in a carputer would i be able to send all my audio signal to my amp thus eliminate the need for my car radio??
