Combination Antenna HELP!!!

Geez! I have been searching and just cannot find an antenna that is "with the times".

I have a Pioneer AVIC-D2 with all of the goodies. I have a roof mounted antenna that I need to replace, but do not want to put all of those foolish looking square antennas all over the car. There HAS to be just one antenna that receives GPS/SIRIUS/AM/FM. I have seen the Shark Fin Antenna's on the BMW's but they are just GPS I think.

Can ANYONE point me in the right direction??? I would make my own antenna if I knew how. It just boggles me with all that has been available in car audio and these combination antennas are NOT readily out there.

This is as close as you can get. http://store.mp3car.com/ProductDetai...Code=COM%2D008 The PCS part could be used for Sirius. Sirius is in the 2300mhz range, while PCS is in the 800 range. While not a perfect harmonic (of the third order), it should be close enough for adequate reception.

Dang, correct me if I am wrong, but this is just as good as a GPS stand alone antenna. This gets no AM/FM and if satilite radio is at 2300mhz and PCS is at 800mhz, that is not even in the same "county". What am I missing here?

What is the difficulty in producing one of these antennas? It's way beyond a void in the market at this point.

I am not a tech head, so maybe someone can tell me at what frequencies these units operate. Is there an issue with combining these frequencies into one antenna?

Yes, you can really only have one small frequency range per antenna. That combo antenna really has all those separate antennas all in the same housing. Why do you think there are all those connectors coming out of it? Each goes to an individual antenna in there. If you want it to receive AM radio, you need to cram an antenna in there that can receive AM frequencies. Same with FM.
