No more difficult than installing a T3 in any other vehicle...
How difficult would it be?
Are they difficult to install...? also is there room?

if you look at the factory radio from the side, there's a decrease in size as you move towards the back of the radio.
Front is double din, towards the rear it's a single din size because there's something in the dash that protrudes down in the way.
Also, the radio is held in by some spring like things. Would have to find a kit for it.
If you can find a double din dash kit for the truck, then you can do it. Otherwise, it's going to take some work.

Do you know how to install car stereo components? If you don't know how to do that, then you'll have a difficult time installing teh T3, as it is more complex than a simple car stereo.

i think if you can find double din kit like red said then yes. does your truck not have that protruding piece in the dash? would you be willing to relocate/remove that thing?
