    Remote wire for amp

    Hey, I have a head unit with a amp turn on wire (The remote wire) But it is really short, so I am going to need to get wire to connect it to my amp in my trunk...Do I need a special type of wire for this or can I use like a speaker wire for it? Thanks

    any wire will work. It sends almost nothing, so speaker wire is fine.

    Yeah any wire some RCA cables include the REM wire between the two leads!!!
