All the steps you have to do are in the FAQ on the Flux forums...
After the initial commercial release we will update it to be 100% with Vista with no modifications...
Other than DVD and a few other minor issues, it works well in Vista now after you disable security features to get it installed...

Bns, just FYI, the DVD module in Centrafuse does not work at all in Vista. Everything else so far seems to work ok.
