I have all my music on a WD 2.5" external HD connected via USB. I have Windows hibernate when I shut off my car and when it resumes the music skips for a little bit (2-3 seconds) when it resumes playback once my system resumes. Is this probably just HD spinning up (it's a 5400 RPM drive)? Is there something in CF or Windows I could change to make it not skip, possibly spin up before CF starts playing? Maybe delay playback when it resumes for a couple seconds so I don't get the skippy playback...
