backup the main.dat file and restore it after you have uninstalled, deleted, and reinstalled...
david
I am at the point where I need to do a re-install because my skin still looks weired as if it was bleached. Is there a way to keep my favorites the way they are so I don't need to go through this process again? Thanks

Thanks David. I will try this later this evening.

I am confirming that backing up and restoring the main.dat did not do the trick like you said David. I'm thinking it was the other file called 5 Stars and i think I saw it in the same folder where my music lives.

the favorites should be in the main.dat file, that is wher they are stored... I will verify and make sure it doesn't depend on some other file, but it shouldn't...
