hi,
like the title says. my gps stopt working. at first it wouldn't connect to any satelite. now it says it's connected to 7 or 8 sats, but when i drive, it doesn't move...
here's what i did to try to fix this:
played a little with the settings in CF (switching from NMEA to SIRF)
changed baud rates (9600, 38400, ...)
changed com port
removed gps and reinstalled it
after changing settings i exitted CF and loaded it again
what am i missing? it used to work fine, until (i think) i registered CF...
will reinstalling CF help?

You need to isolate whther this problem exists in CF only. Try using a standalong GPS proggy liek GPSinfo form the USglobosat website and make sure that your receiver is sending through the information. If it is, then CF is most likely at fault. If your not receiving any info, then you need to look elswhere.
You don;t have two programs using the same com port do you ?

i formatted my windows yesterday, because some com ports were acting crazy. guess the problem is solved now. i'll test it today..
