looks like those logs you posted you had restarted CF before collection the logs, which is fin but can you do a collection for me right after you kill CF, before you restart it again? Thanks...

Will look into it. For future reference, please start a new thread with issues not pertaining to the issues that the thread was started for...

A 30 day trial is what is used. You could email support to request an extension, and for future reference, please start a new thread with issues that do not pertain to the issues that the thread was started for.

johnk - Well, found something. What kind of bluetooth dongle do you use? The bluetooth code is stopping when requesting your local bt device address. Remove your dongle, and see if the locking issue stops...

I'm attaching logs from another freeze last night where I think I captured the logs right after I End Tasked it after the freeze (with Bluetooth all still enabled and dongle connected). (But I accidentally grabbed the bluetooth.xml this time instead of settings.xml. And at this point I have made other settings so the settings.xml wouldn't be the same as it was at the time of the crash.)

As for the BT device, I don't think I'm allowed to talk about it due to an NDA I signed for beta testing it, if that gives you a hint. But since it gives me garbled audio in both Streetdeck and CF, I'd be happy to hear any suggestions for a BT dongle that would work with my Nokia 6133.

For now I just have the Phone set to Disabled in Settings. If I get the freeze again, I'll disconnect the dongle completely and let you know if it still happens.

I found out what causes this: Going to Radio (while it's set to use my USB soundcard) and then resuming Music playback immediately mutes the Wave output. I'll file a bug report.

Yep its definitely a dongle issue (well shouldn't say definitely, but I am 99% sure), your bt init is just stopping and locking the bluesoleil stack...

RC3 seems pretty good so far to me...

One thing I noticed with the phone. If I ever turn on my bluetooth (over the ear) headset, CF will disconnect, and won't reconnect until after I restart CF. Even if I turn the headset off, it wont reconnect.

Sometimes, if I am in the car, I dont want the audio to be routed to the car (where passengers can hear), so I will answer the call with my headset. This will make CF think the phone/call was disconnected and will unpause the music.

I am hoping there is a way to make these work in conjunction with eachother? It may be asking a lot, but I imagine it is a pretty common thing to do/want.

    Thanks.

Also, any chance of getting some of the plugins updated to .net 2.0? I use Iguidance frequently, and its unbrearable using it within CF without CFIG.

CF is basically a headset, and your phone will connect to only 1 headset at a time, so this is proper behaviour. We plan to add support for this kind of config in the future but right now it can't work like this.

You'll need to get a hold of the cfig developer, or the developers of the individual plugins to request this... or do you mean just the installers?
